This is my first time

I've been telling myself that I'm not a good enough writer to have a blog.  But that's just a story.  That's just fear and my ego trying to hold me back from doing what I actually, really want to do – share and be honest with you about my experiences, about connecting with ourselves, supporting ourselves, inviting more love, more joy, more passion, more purpose into our lives and how to do this while being a “busy woman” and a mum!

So... you’re not a morning person?

So... you’re not a morning person?

Me neither! My mornings used to look like this: Alarm goes off, press snooze. Alarm goes off, press snooze. Alarm goes off, SHIT! we’re going to be late!!! Leap out of bed. Rush into my eldest daughter's bedroom “Belle, time to get up”, then into my youngest daughter's room, “Come on Kayla, it’s time to get up” (both have snoozed through their alarms, hmmm, wonder where they learnt that from!).
