With over 15 years’ experience working in supportive roles with people and communities, I understand how transformative it is for my clients when they have space to connect with their true self and the time to bring the beautiful vision they have for their life into reality.

Reconnect Sessions
The Reconnect sessions will support you to quickly and soulfully connect with your heart and unearth what you truly desire in life.
Together we will create an inspired plan to support you to begin to take action to create a life you love!

What’s included:
Love Life Questionnaire to be completed before our session to support you to gain clarity on the life areas you are being called to focus on.
75 minute coaching session via Skype or phone.
30 minute follow up session two weeks after the first session via Skype or phone.
Worksheets & resources to support you on your journey.
Unlimited email support between the two sessions.

Through the Love Life series you will be supported and guided to connect deeply with your heart and soul.
I will guide you to set inspiring goals and actions to create a life you love!
I will be supporting you and cheering you on every step of the way as you FINALLY give yourself permission to have your own dreams, then bring them to reality before your own eyes with the passion and joy you deserve!
